In 2016, Materne North America launched our most significant innovation since the introduction of applesauce in a pouch. Now, US families can enjoy yogurt that is, “so cool, it doesn’t have to be cold,” or in other words, a scrumptious, natural yogurt snack with no preservatives and no fridge needed!

Our applesauce products are produced locally in the USA, and our dairy products are imported from France.

MNA has 500+ employees spread across New York City (US headquarters) and two production sites in Traverse City, MI and Nampa, ID. Job Summary:

The Brand Manager supports the GoGo squeeZ YogurtZ promise: “So Cool, it doesn’t have to be Cold” and our brand Purpose:  “Making kids and families a little healthier and happier every day!” We’re looking for a motivated candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing a diverse set of responsibilities, and takes pride in driving results and making an immediate impact. This role is an integral part of the Marketing Team, working to develop and implement marketing plans as well as manage new product launches to increase awareness & trial.  The Brand Manager is responsible for driving sales and profit as well as market share. 

Job Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Brand Strategy
    • Builds the strategy for the Dairy portfolio that supports the brand vision and growth plan
    • Sets the annual Dairy objectives and strategies and tracks progress
    • Participates in development of the social & digital strategy
  • Brand Activation
    • Leads integrated marketing planning for Dairy and owns the  activation calendar
    • Works closely with the experiential team to execute brand plans
    • Day to day agency lead for Dairy-specific advertising, media, and PR
  • Brand Operations
    • Establishes, tracks and analyzes Dairy KPIs and shares insights and implications with Business Team
    • P&L ownership, Dairy
    • Budget ownership, Dairy
    • Dairy lead for Demand Planning
    • Dairy product portfolio manager
  • Brand Planning
    • Supports the Business Planning process and integrated AOP development
  • All other duties as assigned

Market share, Sales, EBITDA

Position Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or other related areas
  • MBA a plus


  • 8 or more years’ experience in brand marketing
  • 2-3 years within Food and / or CPG preferred
  • Knowledge of syndicated sources (e.g., ac IRI, home scan…) used in the analysis of trended consumer and volume dynamics.

  • Must be able work in normal office conditions.
